Alma 48:17

"Verily, verily I say unto you, if all men had been, and were, and ever would be, like unto Moroni, behold, the very powers of hell would have been shaken forever; yea, the devil would never have power over the hearts of the children of men." - Alma 48:17

Drizzlin...

Drizzlin today, so much rain recently it’s ridiculous.

But anywho, this week was pretty chill. I was kinda worried about what my new comp and I were gonna do this transfer cause last transfer me and my last comp tracted out the area, every door. And so I was prayin about it and I got the answer that we should tract it out again! So that’s what we are dun doin. It’s good.  We found a couple potentials (:

We got to teach both our investigators this week, and they both went rally well. We are hopefully going to put one on date this week and the other isn't too far behind.

This morning we went to the headquarters of Stance Socks. There is a member that works there and is like a Co-chair or something so we went and played ball and they gave us some socks. It was so awesome.  It would be a chill place to work!

Love y'all.  Have a great week. Work hard at whatever you're doing and the Lord will bless you.

Lots and lots of rain...

This week was good! We had transfers yesterday, and I got a new companion! Elder West! He’s awesome.

This week was a little on the weird side of things. With all of the rain, on Friday they made us go back and stay in our apartments. It was really windy and the ground is really wet, so a lot of trees fell over.  But it was chill & nice to take a load off for a day.

We got news from our investigator that he got engaged!! Now he can get baptized after he gets married! YAHOO!!!

We went out tracting this week with one of the priests in the ward and he’s awesome, it was a riot! And on Valentine’s Day (which I completely forgot about) we got to play some Apples to Apples with the family.  Man good times.

That’s about it for the week! Love y'all.  Enjoy another sunset picture! (:

Guarantee

Hello everybody!

This week wasn't too shabby.  We didn't have a lot go down.  We taught 1 lesson, but it was a good one.

Other cool things that happened were when we went tracting with a priest from the ward and a guy answered the door and we taught him about the Book of Mormon! It was good to have the priest there and now he’s all excited about doing missionary work.

Something that I’ve put extra focus on recently is trying to seek personal revelation. In D&C 8:2-3 it talks about when you receive revelation and what it feels like. So I guess I invite you, cause that’s what we do as missionaries, to seek personal revelation this week so that you can find something you can do to share the gospel with someone. You ask, He'll answer. Guarantee or your money back. Have a great week.

No pictures this week.  Sorry the computer was being dumb, or it was just me, either is possible.

*Here are a few pictures that I (the mom) received from a member in Zach's last area of Woodbridge that I never posted.

Never-Ending Sunsets

YO!
Good week here in the San Clemente Zone.

We had the chance to have interviews with President and his wife this week and they challenged me and my comp to only teach the Restoration to members for the rest of the transfer. So that’s what we started doing and it’s been great! It really brings the Spirit in and then they get excited about missionary work! So that was good.

We tried to do a youth sports night on Saturday but it failed...2 people showed up, but hey we still did some sports so that was worth it!

Yesterday our Recent Convert’s mom got married.  She’s not a member yet...anywho, they had the wedding on their back porch which has a great view of the sunset and what not.  So it was chill, had some good food and got to talk to a lot of non-members. But I’ll have you all know that the Super Bowl was on in the other room and I didn’t watch it! Yes you can be proud (:

Love y’all have a great week!
