Welp this could potentially
be my last week here in Newport! (Transfers are next week and he’s been in
Newport for six months.)
Things here are going
pretty good, yesterday we had a couple less actives and an investigator at
sacrament. Then yesterday the sisters had a baptism and a member from the ward
that plays on the basketball team at UCI (University of California Irvine) came
and brought a friend. He is super cool!
But other things that
happened this week…we had zone conference, and I got to go on an exchange with
elder Rubon! He is from the Marshall Islands. He is an awesome missionary and
we had a riot together. It was weird because we actually had dinner at someone’s
house!! It’s a Christmas Miracle!!!
Elder Rubon was fascinated
with the ferry so we took a little cruise across the harbor. It was a sweet day! Other than that, it was
just hittin’ the grind all day.
Love y’all and have a
fantastic week!
