Crazy week, full of ups and downs.
Started off awesome. We got
to teach our investigators and they are doing so good. We taught them about the Plan, that’s my
favorite. Then I got to have a 1 on 1 interview with Elder Cordón of the 70
when he came to visit for Zone Conference. He is the coolest guy. He’s really
funny and down to earth but his knowledge of the scriptures is amazing.
Saturday morning I had to
say bye to my comp. That was sad, he’s
my favorite. We learned and grew so much
together, but he’s on to great things, that’s for sure. We drove down to the
San Diego airport with President so we drove right by the San Diego Temple and
dang that is so cool! After that we went
to the Newport Temple to meet up with the rest of the missionaries. We helped
our investigators move this week and we did tons of service too.
Hope y’all have a great
week!

*Mom's note: I will always testify that our Heavenly Father really is in the details of our lives. Zachary has the very best mission president for him at this time. Pres. Clark handled telling Zachary about my dad's passing in such a kind and tender way. They had time together after they dropped Elder Te'o off at the airport. Then there were more tender mercies. One of Judd's aunts and her husband were at the Newport Beach Temple to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary. They introduced themselves to a group of missionaries and one of them happened to be Zachary and they made the connection. A bit later one of Cami's companions from her mission to Argentina met Zachary. They all sent pictures with him and it just warmed my heart to see his happy face on such a rough day.
He really is in the details :0)
